PIM40-DR, attractive by its art-designed outlook, agile and stable structure, smart control system and most man-machine friendly operation performance.

Perfectly combines de-nest, inspection and re-nest into one with full automation and robotic system.

With a stable capacity of up to 24,000pcs/h, up to 400,000 dosages of PFS can be finished inspection per day. It is powerful and very helpful to produce vaccines for fighting against COVID-19.

With four highly accurate robots to collaborate, world top-level brand cameras and lens, and TRUKING invent motion control system, every foreign substance cannot escape its "eyes", and all abnormalities of stoppers, needle cap, appearance, filling volume can be found out easily. The system will smoothly de-nesting, immediately identify and automatically sorting the qualified and unqualified products then smoothly re-nesting and lead the tub with PFS to downstream.
