Ø Outlet steam separator: using air partition structure and with steam pressure relief outlet to prevent pollution by recoil of the floor drain pipeline.

Ø Pure vapor diffusion panel of the chamber controls the distributary of condensed water and improves the quality of steam sterilizing. Also the hydrophobic throttle orifice plate joint, which has been extensively tested and vilified, makes sterilization more efficient and better.

Ø TIG welding is applied to the chamber and the clean pipelines, polishing the inner faces to Ra≦0.51µm.

Ø The flange inside of the chamber adopts comprehensive processing technology to leave no residual stress, to better control the size of sealing surface and sealing groove during the manufacturing process, to ensure greater safety and reliability of the sealing during the device operating, and thus to lengthen service life of the sealing ring.

Ø The door has a thermal insulation structure to improve the temperature distribution. The outside surface of the chamber is insulated with high-density ceramic insulation materials, preventing particles falling, and covered with stainless steel jacket.

Ø The door is equipped with sealing pressure balancing device, to maintain sealing pressure in case of circuit failure.

Ø The water ring vacuum pump has a unique anti-cavitation device to effectively prevent the vacuum pump from cavitation and to reduce the operating noise;

Ø Sterilization filter can be sterilized online and tested with in-situ integrity, so that the equipment is safer and more reliable

Ø Real-time monitoring of temperature and pressure, online printing and recording of curves in real time;

Ø Portal automatic control system fully meets the requirements of GAMP5 and 21CFRPart11.
